Help Children of Ukraine
Nova Ukraine and UNICEF USA are partnering to support children and families devastated by the war in Ukraine.
The humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is having a devastating impact on children and their families. Hundreds of thousands of people are fleeing their homes to find safety in other parts of the country or across Ukraine’s borders. As of March 18, over 3 million people have crossed into Poland, Romania, Moldova and other countries, and millions more have been displaced.
The war in Ukraine poses an immediate and growing threat to the lives and well-being of the country’s 7.5 million children. It has been reported that almost every single second, a child becomes a refugee since the start of the war. Hundreds of children have already been injured or killed in Ukraine to date and many more will likely be impacted by psychological trauma.
UNICEF USA is proud to partner with Nova Ukraine, whose mission is dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine and raising awareness about Ukraine in the United States as well as in the rest of the world since 2014. Together, we will provide life-saving assistance to children and families in Ukraine and those fleeing to neighboring countries. Please also visit our joint Facebook Fundraiser page and share!
UNICEF has over 75 years of humanitarian response expertise. Nova Ukraine has 8 years of building a trusted network of partners in Ukraine. Together we will be able to deliver emergency aid to where it matters most.
